RETURNS

At Sandbreese, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you’re not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached.
  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • For hygienic reasons, swimwear, underwear, and socks are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Final sale items or discounted products may not be eligible for returns.

How to Make a Return

  1. Log in to your Sandbreese account and find your order.
  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
  3. Choose refund or exchange.
  4. Print your return label and pack the item securely.

📦 Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability).
  • If your requested exchange is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
