RETURNS
At Sandbreese, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you’re not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in original condition, with tags attached.
- Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- For hygienic reasons, swimwear, underwear, and socks are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Final sale items or discounted products may not be eligible for returns.
How to Make a Return
- Log in to your Sandbreese account and find your order.
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Choose refund or exchange.
- Print your return label and pack the item securely.
📦 Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability).
- If your requested exchange is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
